SAI painting.

Tried out some new textures and I don't think I care for them, or the direction of this piece. It looks too illustrative, you know what I mean? Time to change directions.

Man, I think this one is great! Even if you don't push this direction you came out with a really nice piece. It's definitely more illustrative but I don't see that as a problem at all.

Thanks man. I try to get ideas down in 3-4 pieces and then move onto the next. Slowly, the ideas start coming together and giving each piece a more "Cloxboy unique" feel. Simply put, I'm trying to develop a personal style. Lately, I've been veering off, going into older and less interesting directions, it's time I put a stop to it.

This one does look more illustrative, way to descriptive (more than your usual work... you are quite ambiguos, something I like yes). Maybe you were more conscious of the process? Also, very clean. I'm not fond of clean stuff jajaj

"Time to change directions". I want to see where will you go now :D But also, what did you learned from this.
