most of the people above me are kind've cool. we relate, they're kind and never unreasonable. they offer tips and ways for me to excel at my job and move higher within the company. The only downfall is they sometimes do the whole "ohh you're going up!" but never make it official... so i get my hopes up and nothing happens.
